In an effort to reduce scams perpetrated by private entities posing as public agencies two Indiana congressmen introduced legislation to require companies with public sounding names and official looking seals and documents to prominently disclose that they are not in fact governmental — an idea with some very interesting implications. Not all the corrupt government officials and their bankster accomplices are in Nigeria.
